Greater Kansas City DFA
Greater Kansas City Democracy for America (GKCDFA), a branch of Democracy for America, sprouted from the roots put down by “Dean for America, and organization that came to life during Howard Dean’s run in the 2004 presidential race. We serve the Greater Kansas City Area for Kansas and Missouri.
GKCDFA’s mission is to help elect socially progressive and fiscally responsible candidates to local, state, and federal offices. GKCDFA is also committed to promoting socially progressive issues through advocacy, education, and direct ballot initiative. We have remained true to that mission but recently have become more involved in community projects, by helping, each month, a charitable organization, selected by our membership.
