Henry C. Rizzo
Mr. Rizzo served in the Missouri House of Representatives from 1985 until 2002. During that time his committees included, chairman of Commerce and Economic Development, Local Government and Related Matters and Utilities Regulation. Served on the Jackson County Legislature 1983 and 1984. Appointed to the Jackson County Legislature in 2003 to fill an unexpired term, and elected in 2006.
Attended DeLaSalle High School, Penn Valley College and Central Missouri State University, member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, married and has two sons.
He is a member of Old Northeast New Democrats, American Sons of Columbus and was named man of the year by the American Sons of Columbus. A democratic committeeman for the 12th Ward, Fifth Congressional District, Chair, 1984-96, vice chair, 1997. Appointed to National Conference of State Legislators State-Local Relations Committee, 1991.
